Using our products, you can quickly and inexpensively develop
and deploy an IVR system, which uses SIP or Dialogic telephony cards.
The application will be developed in a w3c endorsed high level
language - VXML. No C/C++/Java coding is required. Customers
can brand our platform and embed it in their product as a
component, invisible to the outside world. We can receive
inbound calls, make outbound calls, record calls, transfer
calls, process calls, bridge calls, proxy calls and
conference calls. You can use our platform as a PBX. You can
develop any IVR application, including Voice Mail/Auto Attendant,
conferencing, switching or outdialing applications. Unless a telephony card is
involved, our platform is a software only solution.
The platform comes with a large number of sample VXML scripts which,
with slight modification, can be reused in real customer applications.
SSP works with a wide variety of SIP endpoints, including Asterisk
and a number of soft/hard SIP phones, proxies and switches.
